Please understand that you do not know the stress and responsibility and other very heavy shit that goes into being a dean. it is as if the whole weight of 400 students is on your shoulders. thats like 68,000 pounds. a LOT..... so give the guy some space. he is just doing his mother fucking job, like the rest of us......
